“BELLA DI CERIGNOLA” OLIVES

Our olives, typical varieties from Apulia, mainly come from the olive groves on our own farm.

Natural, genuine, simple: pickled olives are prepared "as in times of old" with water and salt. Further, they are not only a perfect and healthy snack. They are great to snack on au naturel and even more tasty if seasoned with a little oil and some of the essential staples of Mediterranean gastronomic culture such as garlic, oregan and mint.
